Floral Crowns Galore

Floral crowns have such a rich history that dates back to ancient times.  They like many other traditions and trends have encountered ebbs and flows, but whatever floral crowns encounter they continue to make a resurrection.  These beautiful floral wreaths have been worn/used for various reasons: during celebrations, on holy days, as accessories, as part of ones attire, to get closer to a deity, during rituals and presented as gifts.

Who knew these beautiful floral crowns had such a history?

My Most Pinned Color Palette

Dusty Blue + Burgundy

This by far is my most pinned color palette.  While I can understand why this color palette is a favorite- it’s beautiful. I’m not sure why this particular color palette is the most pinned.  Every week I try to create a palette that will become a favorite, but this one really has made its imprint.  Day after day I will receive notifications letting me know once again this color palette has been pinned.

It may be the dusty blue- a favorite color among brides for the past few years. Or perhaps the the gray shades- a neutral that add a sense of mystery. I’m convinced it is the moody wine shades that add a bit of sophistication.  Whatever it may be I’m glad to see a color palette I have create in such demand.  Keep pinning!
